Top 25 hotels: The Residence leads the way in 2020

The Residence Tunis maintains its rank despite the crisis: it is the hotel best rated by customers over the whole year 2020.

In this year of crisis, many hotels have been forced to close their doors. But some have had the merit of maintaining their activity at least part of the year.

This is why we are publishing the Top 25 ranking of Tunisian hotels for the whole of 2020, but only those which have received a minimum of 100 customer reviews during this period.

Among the top ranked are numerous palaces, such as The Residence Tunis (Gammarth) and several Iberostar Hotels, as well as small luxury hotels such as Dar El Jeld Hotel & Spa (Tunis) and La Villa Bleue (Sidi Bou Saïd).

Some of the hotel clubs have been successful too. This is the case of Hari Club Beach Resort (Djerba), ranking 4th for the whole of 2020. The Khayam Garden Beach Resort & Spa (Nabeul), ranking 15th, finished on a high note as it reached the first place over the last quarter with an average score of 98.5%.
